The product

RiskReady Home is a tool that helps homeowners track items in their home and surfaces matches against monitored recall/safety sources. Matches are informational only and are not a guarantee of safety, recall coverage, or insurance coverage. The product does NOT replace professional inspection, repair, insurance advice, or legal advice.

What you agree not to do

• Don't upload other people's photos or data without permission.
• Don't try to break the security of the product (probing, automated scraping, etc.).
• Don't use the RiskReady Guide assistant as a substitute for emergency services or licensed professional advice.
• Don't use the service if you are under 13 (or under the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

Limits

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond what cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. (DRAFT — final wording requires legal review of jurisdiction-specific limits.)

Termination

You can delete your account at any time at /account/data-delete. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or applicable law.
