User-controlled reports

RiskReady Home reports are generated based on the property, item, maintenance, document, and notice information you have saved, plus the recipient role and inclusion checklist you select. Review the included sections before downloading, printing, or emailing a report.

Conservative defaults

Sensitive fields including full property address, policy number, receipts, photos, user notes, and People-to-Notify are off by default and only included when you explicitly turn them on. Each report is generated on demand based on what you select at that moment.

Recipients

You may send reports to yourself, an insurance agent, a contractor, a property manager, a caregiver, or another recipient. Only include data needed for the recipient's purpose. RiskReady Home is not responsible for what a recipient does with a report you choose to share.

No guarantees

RiskReady Home reports do not guarantee insurance discounts, claim approval, warranty coverage, repair eligibility, code compliance, safety, or risk reduction. They are informational records.

Email caution

Email may not be secure. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive data when emailing a report. Where available, prefer the inclusion checklist defaults that minimize what is sent.

Audit logging

For accountability, RiskReady Home may log the type of report generated, the recipient role (when emailed), the included sections you selected, and the generation/sent timestamp. This helps you and support staff verify what was shared.
