How to submit a request
Submit a request by emailing privacy@riskreadyhome.com or by mail to [Company Legal Address]. You can also use the in-app data tools at /account/data-export and /account/data-delete.
We may verify your identity before completing a request. For deletion requests, account deletion runs through a 30-day grace period during which you may cancel the deletion.
Authorized agents
Where legally permitted, you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of authorization and identity verification from both you and the agent.
Response timing
We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we need additional time, we will tell you. If we cannot complete a request, we will explain why and (where required) describe how to appeal.
