Partner Data Sharing Notice
Last updated: 2026-05-09 — DRAFT, requires legal review.
When this applies
This notice applies if you have explicitly opted in to share data with a RiskReady Home partner — for example, an insurance carrier offering a discount or a building-products manufacturer offering recall lookups against their catalog.
What gets shared
Each partner integration has a documented scope. Common scopes include:
- Insurer: registered items + active recall matches + last-checked dates. Does NOT include your full contact list, conversations with the AI assistant, or scan photos.
- Manufacturer catalog match: only the brand + model number for items in the manufacturer's category, plus a hash for follow-up. Does NOT include serials or addresses.
Specific scopes are presented at the time you opt in, and you can revoke at any time from your partner-integration settings page.
Audit
Every partner-data export creates an audit row with timestamp, scope, and partner identity. You can review these rows on request.
Subprocessors
(DRAFT — list any sub-processors here, including AWS regions used for partner-share storage.)
This page is a draft. Each partner agreement must independently document its data scope; this notice is a template only.
